We extend a Céad Míle Fáilte to one and all to join us in the Tinteán Ceoil. You will experience first-hand what social life was like in the evening in a typical kitchen in rural Ireland fadó fadó. Sit back and relax and soak in the atmosphere, the music and song. Put a sod in the fire, tell us your story and listen to the stories of others, and while you are here, do join us for a cup of tea and a delicious homemade scone!

Tháinig daoine ó chian is ó chóngar chun éisteacht le ceoil amhránaíocht agus scéalaíocht a bhí curtha ar fáil ag Máire Begley agus ceoltóirí eile a bhailigh timpeall ar an tine móna chun bleaist ceoil a sheinm agus amhráin a canadh. The Tinteán Ceoil is a replica of the traditional old Irish Cottage kitchen from bygone days and calls to mind the old tradition of “bothántaíocht” when neighbours and friends would gather together for an evening of storytelling and song to pass the night.
